The communication between the central-server and the on-board computer as well as Configuration, Remote-Functions, Remote-Control and Remote-Update is handled with CCom.
CCom is a web based communications and configurations software solution. The modularized framework allows for optimized and flexible integration with third party or in-house reservation systems by XML API or data base connectors (find here our partners).
The architecture also provides for automatic failover of communications channels and encrypted, secure communication.
GSM is the communication carrier between the On Board Systems and the centralized CCom servers. Optimized communication procedures guarantee lowest possible communication costs.
